I love the idea of sharing my story with family and friends but also listening to other peoples story’s as to often we hear about someone’s life at their funeral and then it’s mostly written by someone else. Rohan is an awesome interviewer and professional, we had to reschedule our one on one several times due to Covid, however with excellent equipment dropped into me, we pulled it off over Zoom! Definitely book in with Ro, you will not be disappointed.

I feel it is a very important thing to preserve family history. I am 73 years old and have a grand daughter who is less than 3 years old - it is important to me that I provide an avenue for her to explore my life should she ever wish to do so. I enjoyed the interview style and the personal experience with the My Story team to be really good. Intelligent questions tease out details and help to paint memories - well done and thanks again.

Podcasting sounds easier than it actually is in practice (for me at least). To have a professional guiding you is essential. I feel truly blessed that My Story gave me the opportunity to capture my grand-ma Lena's life story. She is 94 years old and it's given me and my family a sense of reassurance that we will have her story to celebrate and pass onto her great-grandchildren one day. Personally, it helped me understand where my own history started and the significant sacrifice she and my grand-father made which my children are now the beneficiaries of.
